The Summit Restaurant
With its stunning sweeping views of Adelaide, the Mount Lofty Summit restaurant and cafe is proudly owned and run by hospitality executive Tony ODonnell and his wife Mary.
Tony and Mary took over the business in November 2011 and they have grabbed the opportunity with both hands. Following his 14 successful years leading and growing the catering department at the Adelaide Oval, Tony moved to Sydney in 2010 to head up the food and beverage department at the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, where, mostly notably, he managed the catering for the Royal Easter Show.
Now, Tony is back and, along with Mary, is putting some freshness into another
South Australian icon one that is 710 metres above sea level and Adelaides highest peak!
Tony is passionate about customer service excellence and using the very best in
South Australian produce.
