Burra Creek Cottage is a beautifully renovated stone miners cottage. With the land being granted in 1840, and the double cottage built around 1850, this is now one large home away from home. Nestled on a corner alongside the creek. The Cottage is at the footbridge end of peaceful Bridge Street East, in the historic tourist township of Burra. It is only a few minutes walk across the old footbridge and you are in Market square and the centre of the Burra township.
Nestled on a corner a short walk from the centre of Burra, It has 3 bedrooms:
Heritage suite' - a spacious room with queen sized iron canopy bed and a full ensuite
'Chantilly'- with queen size wood and iron bed
'Willow'- with two single iron beds
The main bathroom has clawfoot bath, shower & toilet
Large fully equipped kitchen
Lounge with air conditioner, combustion heater, television, dvd & movies
Games room with television, cd/radio & cd's to suit all tastes, log heater and access to the sheltered outdoor setting, where you can sit and view the creek while enjoying a peaceful moment, or wander the Mawson Walking Trail alongside the creek home to happily fed ducks & turtles
Laundry with washing machine, & 3rd toilet

There is a Bbq in the park by the creek, close enough to dart home if you forget the sauce
