Lucindale is centrally located in the Limestone Coast region. Its a small rural town with a very dynamic community spirit, Lucindale is well known for the South East Field Days, which are usually held the third Friday and Saturday of March at Yakka Park. The community, along with the Lions Club, rallies to host this event which brings more than 26,000 visitors to the township.

Lucindales Centenary Park is a great spot to stop on your way back from the coast to Naracoorte. There is a fenced playground, skate park, basketball half court, BBQ and rotunda with table and chairs.
